JANICE DAWN TRASK 1933-2018
Janice Dawn Trask passed away peacefully at her home in Blue Lake with her puppy, husband and daughter by her side.

She was born in Monroe, MI, on April 21, 1933 to Marie and Louis Gertz. She graduated from the University of Southern California and worked as a dental hygienist for 33 years. Janice was a beautiful and loving person inside and out, who always had a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her face.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her previous husband Captain Robert Trask.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Garry Tucker; daughter Colleen Trask and son-in-law Scott Randall; daughter Kathleen Eagan; grandchildren Kayla Hauck; Milana, Sean, Madeline, and Shannon Eagan; great-grandchildren Kaedline and Bobby Tucker-Dillon.

At her request there will be no services. A graveside memorial for family and friends is scheduled for Monday, February 5, 11:00 am at Ocean View Cemetery.
Donations may be made in her honor to the Humboldt SPCA or a local animal rescue group.
